decent stay with minor issues
helpful staff kitchen facility dining pastries breakfast area limited seating abandoned building
the staff provided recommendations for the area. there were pastries available throughout the day in the dining area. our floor also had a kitchen. it had coffee making facilities. i was happy.
the breakfast area did not accommodate all the guests. our group could not find a place to sit. we had to walk back to the breakfast area to get our food. i felt it was inconvenient. the abandoned building across the street diminished the visual experience.

Riverside Relaxation
top floor library fresh fruit convenient transportation
The library on the top floor offered fantastic views. I enjoyed reading and unwinding in this quiet space. Breakfast provided many choices, with fresh fruit and juices readily available. I appreciated the bus stops located just outside. I found transportation very convenient.
My room felt a bit small for working. A standard desk would have been helpful to accommodate my needs.

Breakfast had a great selection and was available until noon. I saw many options with cut fruit, juices, breads and baked goods presented in an appealing manner. The breakfast was one of the best features.
Facilities

I spent time in the library and took in views of the river. The hotel created a cozy and intimate feeling. It looked like a warm home. A terrace with amazing views was available for all the guests.

The women at reception were amazing, they were helpful. I noticed that they booked excursions and provided excellent service to all guests. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating.
